About ABA
The Automotive Benefits Association (ABA) is an organization established to educate and assist employers/employees in the automotive trade: service and manufacturing under the umbrella of the Genuine Parts Company.
The Automotive Benefits Association was established as a result of the competitive pressures facing automotive industry employers. ABA provides many services and products including; business tools, data, industry news, and legislative updates to its members that assist them in running a successful, efficient and profitable business.
As an ABA member, you have access to numerous resources and services that will help you become more profitable. To name a few; assist you with employment policies and practices designed to promote compliance with applicable federal and state laws, provide education and outreach to member employers, and negotiate preferred pricing using the strength and buying power of the Association to reduce costs.
